• Payment Information: Handled securely by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not store credit card information.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, time spent in app (analytics only, anonymized).
• Log Data: Error logs, crash reports (to improve app stability).

1.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Location data (GPS coordinates) - We do not track your location
• Contacts or address book
• Browsing history or search queries
• Biometric data (Face ID/Touch ID handled by iOS, not stored by us)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide the Service: Enable core functionality (voice capture, photo storage, PDF generation, offline sync).
• Account Management: Create and manage your account, authenticate logins.
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Improve the App: Analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs.
• Subscription Management: Process payments, manage subscription tiers via RevenueCat.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Neon Database (encrypted data storage)
  • Cloudflare R2 (photo/file storage)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • OpenAI (voice transcription - voice data deleted after transcription)

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified).

We do NOT share your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics beyond what's necessary to operate the service.

4. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active.
• Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Subscription History: Retained for up to 7 years for tax/accounting compliance (limited to transaction records, not user content).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Encryption at rest (database and file storage)
• Secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, Apple Sign-In)
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
