Welcome to SiteVision Lite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteVision Lite mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Daso Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SiteVision Lite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Service Description
SiteVision Lite is a mobile application designed for site inspections, issue tracking, and report generation. Features include:
- Voice-to-text observation capture
- Photo documentation and attachment
- Offline functionality with automatic sync
- PDF report generation
- Routine inspection templates
- Team collaboration (on applicable plans)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
SiteVision Lite offers monthly subscription plans:
- Starter: $2.99/month
- Pro: $9.99/month
- Pro+: $19.99/month
- Team: $29.99/month
- Multi-Site: $79.99/month
3.2 Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SiteVision Lite → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Daso Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (photos, reports, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEVISION LITE AND DASO LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
- Acts of third parties or force majeure events
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
